Hardly GQ, but compared to a pterodactyl - LOL

Jane is being way to kind, but there was a moment when I thought she might throw me down and hop on me!  I do so like that she likes that shirt on me;-)  Because when she saw me in it, I REALLY liked what she had on too!!!  She probably didn't notice just how much I did though:-P  Although I think our waitress did that day when she told us to get a room under her breath as we were leaving - ROFLMAO.

Yes, my birthday was let's say less than celebrated by my wife.  Apparently it didn't have enough to do with her:-P  I am lucky however that I have two wonderful children that did their best to make my birthday special with adorable little homemade gifts and I was serenaded with a happy birthday song before my alarm went off.  And did I mention how lucky I am to have Jane in my life.  Like I said in "The best hour and 40 minutes!!!" post, she truly made my birthday weekend and birthday very special.  Before my birthday weekend, Jane emailed me the most wonderful and heartfelt email with the Superman emblem, a picture of a cookie that said Tripp, and most importantly a list of....oh let's say nearly 40 reasons why she loves me - one for every year that I have been alive.  I almost want to share it with everyone so they understand the love that Jane and I share.  Needless to say it meant so very much to me!♥  Now I think y'all know by now that I'm no mushy guy - hush Jane:-P  But I had to read the email away from my desk.  I stepped away from work and sat down in my car - not even seeing anything in the email, but the subject line that showed on my phone.  All I can say is that right then and there I wanted Jane in my arms more than anything!♥  I was glad that I read it in the privacy of my car and without interruption from anyone because it TRULY made my birthday weekend and the love that I have for this woman had to be more than clearly visible on my face.  Shortly after I tried to write an email back to Jane just telling her how much she meant to me, but I kept getting frustrated.  My words just couldn't do my feelings justice.  Not that I've given up on that email, but I think sometimes it's easier to show than say things like that.  When I hold her in my arms.  How I smile and am completely happy when I see her.  How I look at her♥  How it's always hard to leave.  How I can't wait to hear from her.  How I really can't wait to see her.  And even how I really REALLY can't wait to get her behind closed doors and have my way with her;-)

So unfortunately Hookey Day didn't work out on my birthday.  What a happy birthday that would have been!!!  But while I was out, I was able to talk to Jane on the phone for nearly the entire day which was so great because usually we only get a quick call in at lunch and chat via IM and email.  And I openly admit that my fashion sense leaves a bit to be desired.  Jane however, always look good.  Mmmmmm!  God not fair that I'm not sneaking into that RV right now to find Jane naked and on the bed, bent over waiting for me - OMG!!!  I don't even know what that had to do with clothing - ROFLMAO.  My thoughts got away from me.  Maybe it was the diamond in the rough "in her hands" comment that sent my pervy thoughts spiraling away from me.  Back on track - LOL. 

So Jane and I were talking on the phone as I went into a department store.  She had emailed me a few shirts that she liked from there and - oh boy - instructed eh - LOL.  Requested let's say - ROFLMAO - that I get measured and properly fitted for a shirt.  As the sales associate measured me, I think his exact comment was "Wow!  You have quite the wingspan."  And yes, Jane broke out quite a few big bird and even pterodactyl jokes - LOL.  God it was funny.  She wasn't even physically there and we were having such fun.  So the sales associate escorts me out of the "normal" people section into what I called the "freak" section and what Jane called "gorilla arm" clothes:-P  So they actually had one and only one of the shirts that Jane liked and it was actually my favorite and they had my size.  BTW, I am not unfamiliar with looking at pictures of Jane for extended periods of time.  Being less that polite even:-P

So I bought that shirt, a set of cuff links, and ordered another to be delivered since their "big bird" in-store selection was minimal.  I wore the ordered shirt today when I met Jane at the park.  The jury might still be out on that one though.  She'll have to tell you about that one.  Today was just a brief, but much needed visit - much needed time because I did so miss her amidst a crazy busy day at work.  But I was so happy to see her for a bit.

And I think Jane is right.  My wife doesn't want me dressed well.  And I didn't think she needed to know about Jane - LOL. 

The fact is that I like dressing well for Jane and if I do to her a fraction of what she does to me when I see her - that makes me happy:-)
